Extraordinary Demand Dates are subject to change or modification at any time in the Member Brand Hotels’ and DISCOVERY Programme’s absolute discretion. Room upgrades and the 48-Hour Reservations Guarantee and 24-Hour Reservations Guarantee may periodically be restricted due to the extended stay nature of guest stays, long weekends, Public Holidays and during exceptional events that generate high demand.
Rooms upgrades exclude multiple rooms, residences, villas and specialty suites and exceptional events that generate high demand as determined by the hotel.
