Professional model turned Yoga instructor; Beatrice believes Yoga is so much more than just a physical exercise. While it does improve flexibility, strength, endurance and balance, it also facilitates characteristics of mindfulness, compassion and kindness. Beatrice teaches Vinyasa Flow and traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on the body alignment so guests can gain the best benefits from their practice. She also teaches restorative Yin, Yoga Nidra and guided meditation meant to relax the body and guide guests to connect deeply with themselves. Through her classes she hopes to inspire guests to embark on their Yoga journey and to enrich people’s lives by improving their health and happiness.
