Ways of seeing
Return to the fundamental act of seeing with James Turrell’s masterful oeuvre. In the seminal Skyspace series, light frames and reframes viewers’ perception of the sky, immersing them in a state of awareness and awe. Equal parts meditative and confounding, the work leads the viewer into new ways of relating to the sensual world

Hongjie Yang

About Hongjie Yang

Hongjie explores the power of transformation by bringing in a wide range of disciplines into the world of art, design and technology, examining plausible scenarios and their influences on transforming our preconceived perceptions. The designer-artist based in the Netherlands blends fact and fiction, the familiar and uncanny to speak of the increasingly fluid times we find ourselves. Such an approach is informed by his study at the Design Academy Eindhoven, where he received a Master in Contextual Design in 2015
