Barin sits high on the 19th floor, offering wide views of Osaka and its skyline. The restaurant is inspired by the iris — a symbol of strength and elegance — and linked to Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the legendary warlord of Osaka Castle. Here, teppanyaki is prepared in front of you with care and precision, using the best seasonal ingredients around Japan, and in a display shaped by the discipline of the samurai who once stood watch over the iconic stronghold
