Is smoking allowed in the guestrooms and public areas?
Smoking, including the use of heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor and 20th floor for your convenience.
How much do you charge to accommodate an extra child?
Children 12 years and below enjoy a complimentary stay when sharing existing bedding. Our King Bedroom accommodates up to two adults and one child, while a Double Bedroom accommodates up to two adults and two children. Additional futon on the tatami seating area is also available for JPY 12,000++ per night.
Do you provide extra rollaway beds?
Yes, an additional rollaway bed is available for JPY 12,000++ per night. A maximum of 1 rollaway bed can be accommodated in our suites.
What type of electrical outlets are in the rooms? Does the hotel provide international adaptors and voltage convertors?
Japan uses Type A electrical outlets (two parallel flat pins) with a voltage of 100V. USB power outlets and USB-C charging ports are also available in our rooms and suites. International adaptors are available upon request.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Patina Osaka offers three wheelchair-accessible rooms and two accessible restrooms in public areas.

Pet-friendly accommodations are available in our Deluxe Rooms, Premier Rooms and Junior Suites on the 10th floor.
Please be advised that pets are not to be left unattended in the room and will not be allowed to visit indoor seating areas of our dining establishments, spa and swimming pools. Except for guide and service dogs, your pet must be carried in a carrier when in public areas. A valid vaccination certificate within the past year is required.

What is the nearest station to the hotel?
The nearest train stations are Tanimachi 4-chome Station (8 minute walk) and Morinomiya Station (10 minute walk).

Yes, parking is available. Our parking facility accommodates vehicles up to 2 meters in height, 2.1 meters in width and 5.6 meters in length.
Parking fee is JPY 5,000 per day (24 hours) for multi-storey parking and JPY 7,000 per day for valet parking.
What are my transportation options from the airport or Osaka Station to Patina Osaka?
Patina Osaka offers private transfer services from Kansai International Airport, Itami Airport and Shin-Osaka Station for an additional fee. Advance reservation is required. Please reach out to our Essentialists for more details.
Public transportation and taxis are also available, with travel times of approximately 70 to 90 minutes from Kansai International Airport.
Do you offer a free shuttle bus service?

Is there an age restriction for using the pool?
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, children who are not yet fully toilet-trained are required to wear swim diapers and rubber pants.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, spa treatments and the fitness centre are exclusively available to guests aged 16 and above.
Are sportswear, shoes, and socks available for rent at the gym?
