- Booking of accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Early Check-in, Late Check-out and Room Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check in.
- Guaranteed reservation for Platinum and Titanium level members are not available during certain blackout dates (Extraordinary Demand Dates).
- All qualifying bills must be under the member’s name.
- Proof of Patina DISCOVERY membership must be shown upon check-out to be afforded the benefits - by quoting your full Patina DISCOVERY membership number and name or showing your digital card on the GHA DISCOVERY app.
