Booking of accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Early Check-in, Late Check-out and Room Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check in.
Guaranteed reservation for Platinum and Titanium level members are not available during certain blackout dates (Extraordinary Demand Dates).
All qualifying bills must be under the member’s name.
Proof of Patina DISCOVERY membership must be shown upon check-out to be afforded the benefits - by quoting your full Patina DISCOVERY membership number and name or showing your digital card on the GHA DISCOVERY app.
Patina DISCOVERY benefits are non-transferable.
