Having spent nearly a decade honing his craft of sound meditation and trauma-informed breathwork, Avery is intent on supporting the healing, wellbeing and expansion of humanity. With deep, intentional breathing techniques, he travels the world helping others find their own healing journeys.

Avery visited Patina Maldives in 2023 to guide a series of breathwork workshops as part of the Cosmopolitan Ocean festival, a four day journey centred on the ocean as a theatre of human connection

Also known as OJAS, Devon Turnbull is a New York and Tokyo-based audio engineer globally celebrated for his sound systems and immersive sonic environments. Devon’s equipment brings realistic, natural sound to the listener, the product of two decades of experimentation, engineering and exploration in the audio underground.

The Listening Room by OJAS is located on Patina Osaka’s top floor. The space hosts the daily “Morning Soundscapes” experience for guests, and is also available for private booking
