A culinary experience of 72 seasonal expressions

Inspired by the 72 (micro-seasons) of the Japanese calendar, P72 invites a slower way of seeing, tasting, and being. The restaurant embraces the belief that change is constant and worth noticing. Each dish is guided by what nature offers now, prepared with care and served with the land in mind. A 52-metre sculptural installation made from reclaimed wood greets you on arrival, its form evoking roots; a quiet reminder of what the land provides. For those wishing to enjoy the experience in the open air, our spacious terrace offers a peaceful, outdoor setting where pets are welcome too.
