A culinary experience of 72 seasonal expressions
Inspired by the 72 kō (micro-seasons) of the Japanese calendar, P72 invites a slower way of seeing, tasting, and being. The restaurant embraces the belief that change is constant and worth noticing. Each dish is guided by what nature offers now, prepared with care and served with the land in mind. A 52-metre sculptural installation made from reclaimed wood greets you on arrival, its form evoking roots; a quiet reminder of what the land provides. For those wishing to enjoy the experience in the open air, our spacious terrace offers a peaceful, outdoor setting where pets are welcome too

A Journey of Summer Flavors Afternoon Tea
Savour the vibrant flavours of summer through an afternoon tea inspired by the season's tropical abundance.
Thoughtfully crafted savouries and elegant sweets bring together pineapple, mango, and passion fruit with the freshness of seasonal ingredients. Completing the experience, a mango and yogurt shaved ice is finished tableside with freshly grated lime zest, releasing a bright citrus aroma that lingers through every bite. A seasonal journey that captures the colours, flavours, and atmosphere of summer.

Flavours from the Land of Sunshine
Known as the “Land of Sunshine,” Okayama is celebrated for its fertile landscape, seasonal produce, and winemaking heritage.
Inspired by the hometown of P72 Executive Chef Kobayashi, this limited-time dining experience brings together Okayama ingredients, regional wines, and the stories of local producers through a thoughtfully crafted course menu.
