Patina Osaka is delighted to present its first-ever collaboration dinner with Tempos Vega Sicilia, one of Spain’s most prestigious winery groups and the creator of the iconic wine Único.
The event will be held at IÑAKI, offering guests an exceptional evening to experience the world of Vega Sicilia, a winery revered as a “treasure of Spain” with a history dating back to the 16th century, paired with exquisite cuisine.
A Singular Expression of Flavor Born from Long Aging
Founded in 1864, Bodegas Vega Sicilia introduced its emblematic wine Único in 1907, pioneering long-term aging as a defining philosophy.
Crafted from indigenous Tinto Fino blended with international grape varieties, Único achieved global acclaim after winning the Gold Medal at the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition.
On this special evening, guests will savor the profound depth and elegance of Único alongside IÑAKI’s Basque cuisine, creating a rare and memorable gastronomic experience.
