For a limited time, the “Morning Matcha Experience” offers a quiet start to the day, shaped by the ritual of Japanese tea. Set against expansive views of Osaka Castle, the experience unfolds at an unhurried pace. Three single-origin matcha varieties are presented, each with its own distinct character, allowing a moment of discovery before preparing a preferred blend by hand.
Rooted in daily wellness practice, matcha brings a gentle clarity, supporting focus while maintaining a sense of balance. Paired with seasonal sweets, it becomes a simple and considered way to begin the morning.

An intimate retreat of tea, treats, and humility
In the tradition of Japanese tea, NIJIRI is the low doorway that leads into the tea room. It requires one to bow gently while passing through, a gesture of humility and acknowledgment of the natural world. Beyond this threshold, guests arrive into the warmth of a Japanese home, where wood and washi paper create a soft, grounding atmosphere. Within this haven, an exquisite tea experience of Japanese teas and our signature yuzu-infused blend are served with care, each cup accompanied by artfully crafted sweets and savouries
