This autumn, Uf-fu founder Yasuhiro Onishi joins us for an intimate, one-day tea experience. At its heart is the exceptionally rare 2026 Second Flush Darjeeling “Rare Wonder” from Singell Tea Estate, an exclusive lot with only 11 kg produced worldwide.
Prepared and presented by Mr. Onishi, six carefully selected teas are paired with seasonal savouries and sweets. Discover the story of the estate and the distinctive character of this year’s harvest through a sensory journey of aroma, flavour, and lingering notes.

Yasuhiro Onishi
Yasuhiro Onishi is the founder of Uf-fu, a tea importing and distribution company established in Ashiya, Hyogo in 2002, with a Tokyo branch opened in 2018. He personally sources and directly imports only the teas he truly believes in. His original blends are crafted exclusively with natural ingredients such as essential oils, herbs, and spices, designed to harmonize gently with the body. Exploring tea estates around the world and creating pairings between tea, cuisine, and confectionery are his lifelong passions
