Having first worked together in Singapore, Chef Andrew Yeo and Patina Osaka’s Culinary Director Antony Scholtmeyer reunite in Osaka for a special four-hands collaboration. Across four days at P72, seasonal ingredients, contemporary techniques, and local connections come together in a menu inspired by their journeys across Asia and beyond.

A Culinary Journey Across Continents
Growing up in Singapore, Chef Andrew Yeo began his culinary journey in his grandmother’s kitchen before training at SHATEC Institute. His career spans The Ritz-Carlton properties in Boston and Amelia Island, The Miami Beach EDITION, and Tao Group Hospitality, where he led the culinary vision for Michelin-starred Hakkasan and Yauatcha.
Today, as founder of The Culinary Stage, he creates immersive dining experiences shaped by refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and storytelling.
