A Taste of Nature
Join us for an unforgettable 8-course culinary journey at our signature restaurant P72. Centered around the Japanese calendar of Shichijuni-ko, which divides the year into 72 micro-seasons, P72 celebrates nature’s rhythm through menus made with freshly harvested, seasonal organic ingredients, with around 70% plant-based dishes designed to nourish both body and soul. Guests can also enjoy the herb garden and outside terrace, adding a serene touch to the dining experience.

Michelin-starred chef Joã0 Oliveira is one of the leading ambassadors of modern Portuguese cuisine. Born in northern Portugal and shaped by a deep connection to the sea, he leads Vista Restaurante at the Bela Vista Hotel & SPA in Portimão, Algarve. His cuisine celebrates local and lesser-known fish species, combining sustainability, creativity, and technical precision. Recognised with awards such as Chef d’Avenir, GQ Man of the Year, The Best Chefs, 50 Best Discovery, and 2 Repsol Suns, Oliveira continues to redefine the boundaries of contemporary Portuguese gastronomy.
