About Guest Speaker, Ms. Jasmine Hirsch
Born into Hirsch Vineyards on California’s Sonoma Coast, Jasmine Hirsch is the daughter of founder David Hirsch. Raised among the vines, she developed an early understanding of terroir shaped by the surrounding landscape. With a background in environmental science, her approach to winemaking is grounded in a close relationship with nature. After gaining experience at wineries in the United States and abroad, she now leads as winemaker, guiding the quality and style of Hirsch wines with clarity and restraint.
Wine Dinner at IÑAKI
Experience Basque gastronomy in the heart of Osaka, paired with a curated selection of Torres wines that reflect the character of Spain’s regions. A live Spanish guitar performance brings rhythm and warmth to the evening, evoking the spirit of Spain within the city.

P72 Mille-feuille
A signature plant-based creation born from the P72 philosophy to mark Patina Osaka’s first milestone. This mindful dessert features a delicate soy milk cream paired with ice cream infused with lemon verbena harvested from the P72 garden.
House-prepared orange jam and sweet Wakayama summer oranges are layered to create a deep, complex harmony with a refreshing finish. Topped with a symbolic logo representing a perpetual connection, it is a sensory tribute to the art of plant-based patisserie.
