About Guest Speaker, Ms. Jasmine Hirsch
Born into Hirsch Vineyards on California’s Sonoma Coast, Jasmine Hirsch is the daughter of founder David Hirsch. Raised among the vines, she developed an early understanding of terroir shaped by the surrounding landscape. With a background in environmental science, her approach to winemaking is grounded in a close relationship with nature. After gaining experience at wineries in the United States and abroad, she now leads as winemaker, guiding the quality and style of Hirsch wines with clarity and restraint.
