            Hailing from Oita Prefecture, Chef Aso graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka. He has since dedicated himself to the art of teppanyaki, and brings over 30 years of experience to BARIN to serve dishes crafted from carefully selected ingredients, including premium Kuroge Wagyu beef. Chef Aso combines seasonal ingredients from all over Japan with Osaka’s locally grown produce to offer a unique menu, and he personally demonstrates his cooking prowess to guests to heighten their dining experience.
