Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations at the time of booking for all the accommodations, or the reservation will be automatically released.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations and changes shall be made 48 hours prior to arrival before 3 pm (GMT+7) for non-suite accommodations, otherwise 1-night room charge and applicable taxes and service charge will apply and 7 days prior to arrival before 3 pm (GMT+7) for suites and villas where the deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows will be subjected to a fee equal to the total cost of the full reserved stay, plus applicable taxes and service charges.
